GoHighLevel

The next step depends on the call outcome

A booking, a voicemail and an uninterested lead need different follow-up actions.

Call outcomes routed to tags and follow-up actions in GHL.

The need

An AI call can end in a booking, a follow-up, voicemail or no interest. Each outcome needs a different action inside the CRM.

My contribution

A branching workflow that classifies the call result, applies the relevant tags and routes the contact to the appropriate follow-up.

  • Conditional workflow logic
  • Consistent CRM updates
  • Clear follow-up paths

GHL + WhatsApp

WhatsApp sends the right product response

The lead’s enquiry determines which product information, photos or videos they receive.

Product interest determines the WhatsApp media response.

The need

A product enquiry needs a relevant response, including the photos or videos for the product the lead is asking about.

My contribution

AI and conditions identify product interest, then route the conversation to the matching media response.

  • Intent-based routing
  • Product-specific media
  • AI linked to workflow actions

n8n + GHL + Square

GHL and Square share one booking process

Creates, updates and cancellations have separate paths and an execution history.

The need

Appointments in GoHighLevel and Square need to stay aligned when a booking is created, changed or cancelled.

My contribution

n8n workflows connect the systems, with separate booking-event paths and execution history for troubleshooting.

  • API and webhook integration
  • Create, update and cancel paths
  • Execution-level troubleshooting

Results, with context.

What I verified after working on each system.

41 delivered0 failures in the later batch checked

WhatsApp follow-ups restored

I traced 136 failed sends to the three-day and seven-day follow-up steps. I ruled out file size, recreated the affected steps and reselected their templates.

61 FAQs7 entries fixed before launch

An assistant the team can maintain

I separated a roughly 6,000-word prompt from product data. I clarified 11 points with the owner and checked the saved entries through the API. The owner approved the launch.

13/13Focused QA checks after the fixes

An inherited account put in order

I audited an account with around 90 workflows and seven calendars. I backed up FAQs and applied six client corrections in under an hour. The workflows were part of the inherited setup.
